Orders of $99 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout with no code needed. Orders under $99 are charged a flat, calculated rate based on weight and destination, shown before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, you get a tracking number. In-stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then you'll get tracking the moment the package is on its way. Can't find your tracking? DM @rich.offblends and we'll resend it.

Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We don't restock used tools for hygiene reasons, so keep blades and styling products sealed. Need a different model? We'll set up an exchange, and local customers can swap on a mobile delivery run with no shipping required.

Tools that ship with a manufacturer warranty are covered by that manufacturer's terms, and because everything we sell is authentic, those warranties are fully valid.
